Special Event/Commercial General Liability

The City of Lincoln, Nebraska requires Special Event Applicants to provide a certificate of insurance (Acord 25) that shows a commercial general liability policy for the proposed event that has $1 million limits, names the City as an additional insured, and a 30 day notice of cancellation for the Lincoln City Clerk's office.
